Having Issues with FPS

I'm kinda sure that I have the enough requirements to play this game at least at 60 fps, but I don't know why, I'm at like 7fps or something like that.
This happens to someone else too? And if you managed to fix it, how did you do that?

EDIT: I tried for now to change the graphic card priority so it doesn't use my processor for that and updating controllers of my graphic card, but that didn't work. And yes, I tried to changed settings to the lowest, but that didn't change anything either.

The tweet is in spanish so I will translate it the best way I can.


1.- YOU CLICK ON THE WINDOWS ICON OF YOUR TASK BAR AND WRITE "ABOUT YOUR PC"

2.- IN THE NEW WINDOW WHICH WILL APPEAR, YOU HAVE TO PRESS ON "ADVANCED OPTIONS > PERFORMANCE > CONFIGURATION". THIS WILL OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW.

3.- CLICK ON "ADVANCED OPTIONS > SERVICES IN THE BACKGROUND", THEN APPLY.

I tried with all type of graphics, the problem is that this game launched with integrated graphics card and i tried to solve it at nvidea control panel and another settings but nothing worth.

From Start Icon, type "Graphics Settings" and Click the results from System Settings.
Click Desktop App.
Browse your application. If your application is not on the list, you will need to browse for the folder where the .exe file is located.
Clickon the application name/icon.
Click Options.
Set the application to your preferred GPU.
Click save.

I am searching and i found it : That said to enable hardward accelerated gpu scheduling. If the setting was not enabled, you will need to restart/reboot your computer after enabling the setting.

I can play all next gen game with no problem, is a bug of the game, not of the pc

I don't have problem in my side but it is probably linked to a specific compatibility problem with specific GPU.

Had the same problem at first but then i had to make sure game runs on dedicated gpu in windows settings on my laptop and that fixed it no issues anymore, besides the gameplay bugs.
