Having Issues with FPS

I'm kinda sure that I have the enough requirements to play this game at least at 60 fps, but I don't know why, I'm at like 7fps or something like that.
This happens to someone else too? And if you managed to fix it, how did you do that?

EDIT: I tried for now to change the graphic card priority so it doesn't use my processor for that and updating controllers of my graphic card, but that didn't work. And yes, I tried to changed settings to the lowest, but that didn't change anything either.

1.- YOU CLICK ON THE WINDOWS ICON OF YOUR TASK BAR AND WRITE "ABOUT YOUR PC"

2.- IN THE NEW WINDOW WHICH WILL APPEAR, YOU HAVE TO PRESS ON "ADVANCED OPTIONS > PERFORMANCE > CONFIGURATION". THIS WILL OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW.

3.- CLICK ON "ADVANCED OPTIONS > SERVICES IN THE BACKGROUND", THEN APPLY.

Thay weird i literally have had 0 issues other than not being able to start an online match. Im on Linux/Steam Deck tho

I just noticed that when u have the game in the background, the game starts running well, but, when you open again the game it starts slowing down again

People with a 3080 or even greater graphic cards are having this issue

It's indeed very odd. I don't seem to be having issues myself at highest settings with 165 fps. My system is using a Nvidia 3060 mobile with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. I really wonder what's causing the game to act up and not work well. Let's hope it gets fixed soon

I have the same issue and i think that probably the problem is if have processor with integrated graphics card ( i have 3060 too)

What is your CPU (processor), Graphic card (GPU), RAM, OS (Windows 10,11 ?) ?
What is the graphics settings in-game ? Do you try to lower all settings ?
Are you sure the game is launched with the right graphic card ? You can search on google depend of it is AMD or a Nvidia graphic card.
