How to get in to the pyramid?

I have tried everything, but the mummy won´t speak to me.. He havent given me anything yet, and i need him to translate the text on the stone.. dont know what i have missed, please help

Did you remove the rotten wood from the stonebase?
Did you show him the text on the stone? (i.e. use the stone on the mummy)
Afterwards you can talk to him about metal :)

yes i did show him.. but nothing happens.. its like im missing something..

Hm, maybe you can upload your savegame, so we could take a look?
Inside the stonebase behind the lying obelisk there is still some rotten wood, sticking out of it. You have to remove it first.

yeah, i did it now, and it works.. but now im stuck again.. cant get the compass. dont know how to pass the monkey who gards the door..

You have to play on until you can enter the machine room with Nate (that's the room in the pyramid, where the door is jammed). You'll find something very useful there :).

I can't get in here either. I have the piece of wood. I show the mummy the tablet but he doesn't give me any metal. I put everything I have on the mummy and on the sundial, depression and obelisk but nothing is working. in my inventory I have notebook,telephonoe, tablet, neckerchief and hat, hammer, bloom, ivo's mirror, bunny costume, powder, atomizer with water, plank and reed. Please help and thank you!

edit: The board that I have is the one that Nate picked up after Ivo got put to sleep by her mother. I have clicked all over the 3 things by the mummy, talked to the mummy showed the mummy everything by both critter and Nate and there is no wood to pick up and the mummy won't talk to me anymore. I tried using a saved game after the pyramid that you have up there and after signing into google, it doesn't seem to want to download. any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what the problem might be. You have removed the rotten wood from the depression? And you have talked to the mummy all you can (Nate doesn't want to talk to the mummy anymore if that's the case)? And the mummy already explained the construction of the opening mechanism?
If everyhting else fails, you might want to download the pyramid open savegame I just uploaded so that you can continue.

kann jemand helfen? habe ein stück holz (vom schiff). Metall von der Mumie ist auch platziert. Das Holz als Hebel will er nicht... Ich komme nicht weiter, was übersehe ich?

Any help? Have some wood (from ship). Have the metal
placed too. But he doesn´t want to use the wood with the stonebase. I´m stuck. Can somebody help?

UPDATE: Alles klar, auf einmal habe ich es kapiert...

use the metal with the stone base not the wood. use the rope from the ship to lift the obelisk

And what i need to do after obelisk is placed? It still don't shows the button and i don't know the right time.

use the reed(from the elf city pond) on the sundial (near the obelisk) to check the time. This will open the door.

Thank u everyone, im in the pyramid now. But i cant give the mirror to Ivo´s mom. And i cant do anything.. I dont have the compass yet, bacause the red pirate wont give it to me.. dont know how to do any of this..

go to the oracle,trade the hand mirror (from the pyramid) to the oracle for the receiver mirror, use ivo's mirror on the mirror with the children, then give ivo's mom the receiver mirror
