starting explosion

The dynamite is in the crack..the candle and scale are in place...the rope and rock are over the pipe aboe-----it have now tried everything and i cant get an explosion
Can anyone help please?

I have the same problem - I cant do anything. Oh, I can throw the rope over the pipe thingy since its still in my inventory, but other than that...;O)

@lisavdbeld: You have something in your inventory with which you can poke a hole in the sand-bag.
@Frkbrok: Can you show us a screenshot of your current status? How does it look like in the cave? What else do you have in your inventory? If need be, use the savegame just before you trigger the explosion.

Well - in the cave is the weight with candle on the drum, the rope is hanging down with sand sack and stone (I am thinking the stone might be the problem?), and the dynamite is in the wall. In my inventory I have tape, short boards, socket wrench, intelligent stone, a soup bowl and Timmy. Oh and the everlasting rope ;O) I can only look at the mounting, not interact with the rope.

Well, the rope seems to be the problem. You shouldn't have it still in your inventory.
You'll probably have to use the savegame from the savegamethread, where the contraption is built and ready for use.

Thought so. AAARGH. Have to start all the way from the beginning of chapter 2 ;O). This will teach me to use more saves. Thank you for your help ;O)

Um, Frkbrok - there is the savegamethread so that you needn't start from end of chapter 2 again. As I posted above. Ready for use ;).
