Game Setup tutorial.

So a great many years ago I put out a series of EoTF tutorials on Youtube. I wanted to revisit them when the 1.4 version released on GoG last year but I had a newborn and general chaos in life so it never happened.

With 1.5 coming out I took the plunge. Hope some new folks find it helpful. It is mostly going over the game setup and UI... quirks to try and provide as soft an entry as possible. Hopefully going to have a gameplay episode to help folks get started conquering their homeworlds tomorrow.
