hello, i was trying to platinum the game, but when i get to the end the teddy bears dialogue is automatically skipped and i can't answer their questions. does anyone have the same problem?

I got that achievement by going down to the front of the train and interacting with the blackness there, and the answers to the questions appear for a very short, but still possible to answer, amount of time.
