"Profile Features Limited - This game is not currently eligible to appear in certain showcases on your Steam Profile, and does not contribute to global Achievement or game collector counts."
Basically, if a game fails to meet certain criteria (usually sales I believe) then Valve doesn't count it in all of their stats. Likely to make it harder for developers to make small throwaway games that they can then just download en masse and stuff Steam stats to make themselves look more popular than they really are.
And by "sales" I mean actual money transactions. It's not possible to pay anything for The WereCleaner, so it's likely going to forever be limited while something like Warframe is also free, but you can buy platinum that allowed them to reach the threshold and be considered a full and proper game.
I miss 11 perfect games on the counter. For me it's totally random. There are players with 90+ % perfect games. Guess they don't play just eligible ones. Maybe the showcase is broken for some reason?
