I guess I'm a leet pro gamer but I found the last level trivial. He's pretty slow so it's not hard to stay ahead of him, and the bathrooms have places to hide. After that he's way too slow to do anything about you cleaning the kitchen and it tells you where to go after that, which is close by.

His scanner lets him see your foot steps and he follows the old ones first usually. It was a bit hard for me until I took more time to actively avoid him. I kept getting killed in my early attempts because I was too focused on trying finish cleaning the mess in one go instead of staying ahead of him.

I like starting with the closest bathroom and clean it about half-way before moving to the next one. That way I can see when he's close by watching the first bathroom. At that point I leave and it's pretty easy to keep dodging him.

I thought i wasn't going to be able to beat it but after a bit i did!!! just keep going at it, try to confuse the guy with your footprints, you can do it!!!!

I beat it at the 40min mark only have to replay last level once after i know how the enemy pathing worked when tracking me

In the last level I clean the kitchen before he can catch up to me, then I run down to the bathroom through the warehouse and use the cubical and a hiding spot while he follows my footsteps, it takes a while for him to finish searching every cubical I have walked in which gives enough time to the room and more time for you to prepare the bait in the other room.

what? The last level is hard? You just have to run to the cleaning spots, and when you see Daryl, just run around the cleaning spot and he will follow your steps. when he ist outside of the cleaning spot, get in and clean it.

Not hard, you need to plan ahead. Verify which place first, which next... The last one specifically, do first the right side, then the left side so that you have to walk less to the mascot room. This grants 5 stars if done quickly.
