it really depends on your personal preferences. Some players prefer to take the adventures with them just as you would do with a book, others really enjoy the improved graphics and bonus artwork and soundtrack of the HD Remastered.
There are no differences gameplay wise, what changes is just the input method. If you find yourself more at ease with keyboard & mouse go with the HD Remastered, if you don't mind tapping on your screen pick the mobile version.

I have both versions (and the physical copy with artbook) and I agree with you. The PC version is more complete but the Android version is portable, so there isn't a better version. :)
It's a great game and now I'm a great fan of Lone Wolf, I buyed the books after I played the game.
