What happens if i don't close the doors?

I wonde rwhat will happen if i don't close the doors? Will they shut themselves like in infinity doors? or are there dolls wandering around?

I left the door of the Fulfillment Room open and kept an eye on it. While I was looking at that door from the Workshop across the hall, it slammed shut. I've also had doors slam shut that I left open later in the game when I turned back to close them, myself. Seems that doors both open and close on their own but the events where they open on their own are potentially more interesting because sometimes dolls are standing in the self-opened doorways. Additionally, leaving the Utility Room door open at the beginning of Day 3 leaves it open in the hallway at the end of the boxes maze.
