I GOT BOTH ENDINGS WITHOUT CROWBAR

I'm confused, I played the game and finished it on November 6th without buying the crowbar and got the B ending anyway, I did the game twice to get both endings and still without crowbar, just the baby hit the trash and then I was in jail and blah blah blah (u follow baby and follow task, 1 ending OR no follow baby and go too the door then another ending). My friend just told me that i bugged the game that day because that's not possible so I don't understand. You can even see my achievements of this game, I have both endings without the hidden achievement (go to the director office for a boodoo thing that i didnt even knew that that was there) and get all the papers. So idk what happened :D
