Account Wide Transmogs?
I was debating remaking my characters for the new combat leveling system, but I don't want to lose my transmogs. Is there any chance of making transmog account wide?

One of the best things they can do to remove a major source of FOMO.

Well, you have 3 characters, all separate. What you are perhaps suggesting is making character slots remember cosmetics obtained?

It isn't 100% going to happen, the combat changes, by the way..

Actually that the transmogs are applied to the account instead of the character, so if one character gets access to a transmog then any future characters can also access that bank. I know it would cut off trading tho, which might be the main problem.

Maybe one day we'll have to make a Brighter Shores account or something, it's about the only time I wouldn't mind actually being "forced" to make an account elsewhere, really. It feels weird feeding the game directly from my Steam account, so to speak.

Then your various transmog unlocks from events and otherwise could be connected and permanently unlocked to your Brighter Shores account, so even if you erased all of your characters you'd still have them unlocked. Maybe?

Then also there'd be more severe punishments if you broke rules, since it'd be your Brighter Shores account getting nuked, not just each individual character. Assuming it doesn't effect all of your characters at once anyway, I don't know if it does.

Yeah, yeah I hate making accounts too and how they spy on you and all of that stuff, forcing you to grab an account for some exclusive cosmetic transmog, and then there's the inevitable "link me to all these megacorporations for fun goodies!" but maybe Fen Research won't do that kind of stuff, who knows. Maybe it'd just be an account similar to a bank account or something, private and only used for managing your Brighter Shores profile and nothing else, isolated from other dubious influences.

lol. Well, one can dream.

Plus then maybe they'd actually have an excuse to make a proper Brighter Shores forum to filter all of the community into one place, instead of spreading it across multiple social media platforms..
