Christmas Hats For All or For One?

To preface: Yes, I am salty that I got on an AMA at 7:00 and posted within the first minute and didn't get a response to all 3 of my questions- that is all true. So I'm going the ole' fashion route here and posting it to the community so that hopefully someone in Fen Research will answer this, relatively important, question.

Q1: With the release of the Christmas event I find myself not able to complete the collection on my other accounts while also trying to grind for leaderboards. Will I be able to offload some of my collection to my other characters on the same account in the future?

How much time do you have to play exactly? You only need to earn 20 hats, even if you get duplicates you can just trade those on. I got 20 hats by the time I reached 28 Woodcutting on one of my alts, and then I traded any dupes I had to a friend who has multiples of every hat at this point. I thought I'd need to go 32 Woodcutting + 32 Carpentry on that secondary character, but I don't.

I'll probably get my other character to 32 Woodcutting tomorrow and then trade their 20+ hats around until they have the full set. Didn't the event come out today? It doesn't take long to get all of the hats, even though there are 20, especially if you swap them around.

Unless by alternate accounts you mean Steam accounts? Are you running 3, 6, 9, 12+ characters or something? lol

Okay yeah, I just hit 32 Woodcutting on my first secondary, and they've got 32 Christmas hats in their stash. Plenty for trading with to ensure you get all 20 unique ones, assuming you find people to trade with (plenty of people are out there - try the Carpentry room, that seems to have become the unofficial F2P hat trading location).

Takes like 4-6 hours to get 20~ hats of each kind and you can just find a no life buddy to exchange hats for the hats you don't have if you want 1 of each.

It's just 4-6 hours. People are taking the leaderboards too serious to the point they mean less because it's just time spent, no real skill.

exactly, I mean stating it's not a flex, it's just an L on time wasted.
