Passive Alchemy at level 20 - not working

I have Gray Louse, I click on the station, select the Gray Louse and it states I am too low level to make a wealth potion (25 or 26 requirement).

Right click on Reagent Preparation Station and choose option ,,Work at", you dont need anything for this.

You're clicking on the wrong station. The level 20 station doesn't require any items btw.
