I believe its supposed to be like a resting bonus so you can start your next day with bonus xp and money.
I also think you get more if you unlock later passive activities
But yeah i guess it makes sense because i'm doing the lowest lvl activity, but still not even 1 lvl up at such a low lvl.. was like a quarter of a lvl.
Well if offline skilling was so beneficial then there would be no point in doing anything else.
It's one quarter of xp sure but one quarter that you got for doing nothing

You can presume that the higher tier passive activities will be better. Right? Level 20, the first you unlock, are just basic b*tch tier.

If you want good exp, play the game. I actually vastly prefer this approach over RS' boring-ass "click thing and wait several minutes" approach.
