[Bug/Oversight] Levelling up too quickly in Fishing prevents you getting LESSER EELS for Cooking

So I sat grinding away at Fishing for a while before even getting started with Cooking, the node for [LESSER EEL] is supposed to be at Eel Street Bridge, but all the eels there have been replaced with level 8 [GREY EEL].

This has essentially locked me out of cooking the level 2 item [LESSER JELLIED EELS] as I no longer have access to the lower level eels.

This seems like an unintentional oversight. I imagine you intended to make certain nodes upgrade as you level up, but this results in locked out access to resources that might still be required for other things.

you can click on the Eel and chose previous action. there you can select lower level fish

you can still get the previous tier by clicking the previous actions button( i cant remember the exact name) its the one bellow catching

When you click a resource that upgrades there is an option called "Past Action" that lets you gather a lower tier form of it. Also the fishmonger will sell you eels when you have the cooking level to use them.
