Where to buy premium pass? and what will it cost?

No one here (other than maybe the handful of closed beta testers) knows yet. I'm assuming it will only be available when the game releases, and we'll all know by then.

Yeah prem pass info is lacking. Like if I get the pass day 1 to get a unique name but i dont keep up with it monthly does it just rip the name away and add a suffix for someone else to then take.
