Party hats isn't a unique item specific to Runescape.

This would be very cool hahaha. Although they'd never become as valuable now everyone knows their significance. Perhaps a different item?

I'd rather not have tradeable discontinued items, in my opinion. A launch-exclusive cosmetic would be cool, but I don't consider myself special enough to own some multi-billionaire item just because I played the game before someone else did.

RuneScape's biggest chase items being a bunch of statless paper hats is such a sham, and I'd prefer it not to spread into other games if possible. If I wanted expensive, worthless items I'd play Gaia Online instead.
