Crashes on Start-up

Hello,

As the title suggests. The game keeps crashing upon start-up. I have tried different configurations, and messed around with my protections.

OS is Windows 10. Intel 5. Amd Card. 8 ram, and various amounts of TB.

Hi, I saw you deleted your thread but I undeleted it as I am very curious as to whether you somehow got it to work or not? Please let me know any information you have, thank you

Hello,

Someone on youtube suggest deleting Steam's appcache file and restarting the computer, or Steam. Dawn worked fine after that. As far as I can tell whatever is in the appcache file did not effect anything in a negative way. The link to the video is down below.
