Report a translation problem
While we wait for the any comment from the devs, it's worth reporting this to Valve so they can give it a closer look
Regardless of what you think of the art, I'd say it makes perfect sense to talk about this on the steam forums.
Yes, they need to disclose it, so why would they risk repercussions by keeping it in the dark? Sure, anything is possible, but over such a minor thing?
So, we have no actual reliable proof that AI was used, along with Steams guidelines about disclosing use of AI... How about we give the developers the benefit of the doubt? Bring actual reliable evidence, or better yet, contact the developer directly and ask before you "start blasting".
And on the topic of AI and art. AI is a tool, it is all about how you use it. Start getting used to seeing it, it ain't going away. And I am 100% certain that you have thought "Damn, that looks good" about something, and the artist used AI to lay the foundation for it. Not all AI art is slop.

With that being said, the game seems to have a Discord, so I'll ask there later.
