no offline mode? T_T
If they developers give us these features.I would love to pay money and buy their in game content.
Online games live and die. People come, enjoy what content they get and then leave when they are done. I dont want to stay alone in empty servers. I dont want to deal with stranger groups making password locked priviate lobbies or kicking me as soon as i join their game to play with them. And i definitely dont want this game to announce their end of service and shutdown their servers and leave me with nothing. I want to have something solid in my hands. I want to be able to launch and play this game even after 50 years. (if i live that long)
This means a lot to me. I cant instantly jump into everything new and cool. Because i know if its an online live service, it will end someday just like all the good things in life.
Perhaps I wont be able to play this game online with people in 5-10 years. But i still can enjoy playing against Artificial Intelligence/Bots. It will be far better if i can also do it offline. These features are must have for every promising multiplayer title in gaming industry.
I am going nowhere dude.
Yes you can have "insane" AI bots, but I feel like any game that is designed to be PvP just doesn't achieve that same level of fun offline.
It's like saying Counterstrike and Dota are best played offline with bots.
You can play it that way, but the genre thrives on having a playerbase where devs are focusing their energies on an active community.
Nothing against offline mode guys, but also I don't think dev team is that big they can split their attention. I would put it as secondary after the game gets on the ground running.
cheating, hacking, griefing ( people trolling, dying on purpose to make you lose and ruinning your game, helping the enemy team) Flaming/Insulting (People insulting you and your relatives or your values), servers may shutdown (no way to play with other people)
