It's items only can't be sold on market, but they are still fully tradable between users.
People who own original Sin Slayers game can still craft booster packs (contains 3 random cards) for 857 gems, anyone can also still collect full set of cards to craft badge and get random BG and emoticon for the game too.
There's all kind of offers actually:
- people can craft you boosters from removed games for little fee. For exmple here's https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards/discussions/2/6222330214311860229/
person ask for extra 50 gems to craft booster from Sin Slayers;
- there's even better priced offers with full set of cards to craft badge
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards/discussions/2/3959288052808432427/
for 1800 gems you'll get full set and will be able to craft 1 level of bagde and get random BG and emoticon;
- or you can simply serch people trading just BGs from this game, only beware of some huckster who set unreasonable prices. Original game wasn't too rare and items not so unique to be in high demand so I'd say that appropriate price for not rares BGs should be not higher than ~500 gems, well 1000 at max.
here's is the most common place to look for offers - https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards/discussions/search/?gidforum=828939163642775689&include_deleted=1&q=Sin+Slayers
Imo, SteamCardExchange is much better site to check items - https://www.steamcardexchange.net/index.php?gamepage-appid-783190
You can also click "Preview" button on BGs and see how exactly they will look when applied to Steam profile.
I got some gems packs in the Steam Market and will trade for full sets of cards when the cooldown expires in seven days from now. I'm not too much into trading, so that's why I didn't think about it in the first place, so thanks again!
