Gambling warning from Twitch

Just got warning from Twitch streaming this game due to gambling aspects I guess(?). Huge bummer because I love streaming these kinda games and this one rocks. Not sure if this is a thing either the dev, twitch or i need to resolve to prevent it from happening. It doesn’t really make any sense, like what’s the difference between streaming this and Balatro? Or doing casino stuff in Tower Unite?

Hello, I sent an appeal regarding a game warning to Twitch, but I received a response stating that they cannot provide consultation unless I am the account holder. If you could send the same inquiry to Twitch, I believe you might receive a more detailed response. We will also re-inquire whether there is a misunderstanding regarding guideline violations for Binggle Binggle itself, not specific to any particular user.
