Known Issues
We have noticed multiple reports that are focused on two main areas:

Technical Bugs
  • Adding ingredients while creating a recipe is not working
  • Stuck Brewery
  • Corrupted Saves (even monthly AutoSaves)
  • Maintenance buttons being unresponsive
  • World Freeze

Update: We have applied a fix for the Stuck Brewery bug, but please let us know if you still experience the issue.
Feb 28 - Update: Corrupted Saves were still being reported. We launched an update (0.1.4) that should resolve the issue. Please report if you still have problems with loading.
Mar 6 - Update(s): After multiple updates we consider the above issues fixed. Please do not hesitate to report any re-appearance!

Economy Soft-locking progress
We are also aware that we need to communicate the importance of tasks and tutorial steps a little bit better since they lead some players to complete economic failure and eventually soft-locked their progress. We will be dealing with this as well.

100+ liters Ale Orders
Many players have - rightfully so - flagged the design of unlocking larger vessels for brewing and fermenting to be a little "thin" (larger orders coming in before the upgrade is unlocked, two upgrades in two different research tiers, etc.). We will be thinking of ways to better tackle this. We assure you, changes will happen to the mechanic, we're trying to tackle this from different angles, i.e. exploring if accommodating larger orders before the upgrades are even completed is possible as well.

Maybe to add to the stuck brewery bug, I have had that issue when I had the automatic cellar delivery activated and no barrel available. I am pretty sure that's what bugged it out.

Yeap! That was one of the culprits alright! Thank you for mentioning it, really helps with pinpointing exactly what needs fixin'!

Does the stuck brewery bug cover deliveries which can also get stuck. I'm on quest to unlock Hefedorf and it says "Delivery waiting" and "Delivery will arrive in {0} days" but nothing progresses and my game is locked out of being able to complete the quest and advance.

Oh! That's somewhat new. Bringing it to the team's attention. In the meantime, could you also report this using the F11 in-game Feedback tool so they can get some more information about your game's state?

I'm having another issue regarding monastery stage 2. I just got the upgrade larger mashing vessels. I bought a large brewing stove for one of my brewing rooms. However, the max volume is still 100 liters. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Hey there! You need to research the upgraded Fermenters as well :)

If you get a loan for whatever reason you don't seemingly need to pay it back, i had a loan with -150+ days left to pay on it.
