If you just want to go through the story, I've clocked it at about 3 hours 45 mins, that's me as the developer speed running everything and just going through the chapters. If you want to unlock all the spells and see the whole island, you'd probably see most of it in 7-8 hours.

i see its releasing soon. please, if the voice is still what you have in the steam store video, do something to change it. it is so soft and hard to hear its like it is on a different frequency than everything else. ive been playing games for 25 years and it is probably the worst full dialogue voice recording i have ever heard

I've added subtitles, does that help?

yeah thats better but the audio itself is poor it sounds really muffled idk if there is a way to make it more clear or just increase the volume of it relative to the rest of the game but it feels very off compared to everything else

I'll make a note about that. There are two volume sliders but they are for music and everything else. Probably should've made three, for this exact purpose. I'll add it to my task board.
awesome thanks for listening
