About this game, well I hope a Dev will show up and can help solve my issue. I dont want to start random guessing troubleshooting. They know better what might cause this error.
Sorry to hear that, but that dev took a condescending tone with me when I was trying to explain to you how I located elements of his game for tracking and unmasking credit card information. Whether those originated from or not, they should not have been there. And the dev should know what he's pushing out onto our PC's - a customer should not have to show him.
Microsoft has discontinued (I'm not sure if it is the correct term) Windows 7 for quite a while and we don't really have a way of testing on it, this is why we can't guarantee your experience on Windows 7.
However, we can still try and see if we can get the best of this situation. But please understand that I can't make any promises.
From your screenshot, it appears to be a DirectX-related error. I'd recommend reinstall DirectX11. Or you can try this tool, some have found their luck with it: DirectX Repair
If this can't solve the problem, asking for a refund is always an option.
Again, we apologize for troubling you.
Strange part that while I have issues with Unreal Engine 5 (most dont start with kernell entry point error), but UE4 working. Yeah sometimes rarely they crash, but UE4 working. I dont know what is the case here.
I might check that DX11 Reinstall and Repair, Thanks.
Im a big addict of this genre and search follow, own alot, however Twilight Survivors popped up from nowhere. It is very cheap (most 3D games of this genre start around 7 Euro) and seems realy good. It was an instant buy...to face this error. :(
Also I checked my DX with dxdiag and it find no error.
We understand you normally run into errors with games developed on UE5, but Twilight Survivors is developed on UE4.
We weren't trying to blame Windows 7 for the crashes, but please understand that we're a small indie dev group with limited human resources. While I understand your frustration, we just don't really have the resources or the means to test it out on all the platforms. That's why the PC version of the game only runs on Windows 10 or higher, not on MacOS, Linux, or earlier Windows versions.
Again, we apologize for the trouble.

I tried some more solution, like tinkering the GameUserSettingsini followed a guide, but that also didnt worked. On another forum another game had exactly the same error Some offered DXVK as solution, but I decided that I would not use a 3rd party program.
I link the two solution if that might help for you later if others have same issue.

I recently bought your game again and tried to tinkering with it. I tried alot of solutions found in other game forums, but all ended with errors.
At the end I also tried DXVK as final solution, but the latest version not worked. I almost give up on this... then my friend, who have way more knowledge and he recommend me to try another older version.
So I downloaded and set the DXVK 1.10.3 version and its WORKING!
You just need to copy dxgi and d3d11 dll-s from x64 folders to the game win64 subfolder where you can find the win64 exe.
This seems the last working version for Win7 Legacy driver.
I can play your game!
