the elf perfume i can,t find it someone help if you know

I assume you mean the perfume you need to complete one of the quest to get the elves' hero proof? I don't remember the exact details, but try getting promoted at least once in both the alchemist and adventurer's guild. That should prompt the merchants in town to sell new recipe books. I THINK one of those books contains the recipe.

i had to have my fame up i didn,t know till i did im on a killing spree for the elfs that died after i left

needing higher Fame, but I don't think promotions are needed for stores/merchants to get new stuff. (minus the Material one in the guild)

You have to buy a recipe for perfumes from the merchants in your hometown and craft it yourself.
