I unlocked everything, 4 endings, 4 hidden pics but no progress :/ what do i need to?

In summary, two possibilities: need to click 4 times on the drawer, or you miss the 3rd album because you cannot skip the hospital scene (only scene cannot be skipped in the game).

Mmm i got all ítems. So i can't skip that scene when i need to choose between Ada and Nikita?

You are probably missing the secret sets of photos. To unlock them, you need to train with one girl and then in the hospital scene pick the other.
