Can I restart this game? And how if it can restart?

delete this folder C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\SteamCraftAtelier\Ladies' School Prince\<your steam ID>, then disable steam cloud to prevent the game load your save from steam cloud.
You should be able to start the game over from the beginning

@outoftheboxgaming I can't delete this folder which you said because my laptop don't have it.
Then do you have another way?

you should have it, try to show hidden files and folder since the folders maybe hidden by windows
