What's important is that you are not allowed to skip the conversation with both of them in the hospital. Otherwise the photo doesn't trigger for some reason.

Similar game Tier list, all the S-tier games have English subtitles. Some of the S-tier games are not popular but have the same level of quality and satisfaction as this game.

Also worth mentioning Ada Ouyang is in both this game and the sequel (The nurse in this game)

It is overpriced. The price has risen to $11 and $12, and now this game is going for $14 (in most counties, China price is low, this unbalance price is very insincere). Continuously buying at these inflated prices is unfair to developers who set the price at $10 or below. Developers who overprice their games are being insincere. If you're new to Chinese FMV games, you may not know that $10 is typically the base price.
This developer also charges for a 4K video DLC, which is greedy. Other FMV 4K DLCs are free.

Those games setting prices over $10 are losers. They just grab as much money as possible with the high price before their games lose popularity, then after, their games sell 0 copies per day.
Knowledge and Know Lady are the only games that have maintained their popularity, selling 300-400 copies per day for over 8 months and continuous, with prices below $10 and often going on sale.

It needs to be fair to those developers who are sincere, and we should prioritize buying those good games with fair price. There are many good games in my Tier List with prices below $10 but are unpopular. These developers may be making a loss.
