Game Not Launching

Hi all, just purchased this game but I'm unable to launch it for some reason.

It looks like the install program starts up and I see a white screen, but then after a few seconds it closes and goes away, and the little icon for it in the taskbar closes also. I don't see anyone else having a tech issue so I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

I just played for the first time a few minutes ago. Some suggestions. Make sure your video card drivers are up to date, reboot your computer, and then shut down any unnecessary programs running in the background, and try turning off your antivirus. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions -- I tried all that and still nothing. I'm using Windows Security, the game is being allowed through the firewall, and I turned the antivirus off to see if that would allow it to run.

Is thee any way to contact the devs perhaps for tech support?

its also not launching for me, I tried re download it and its still not working, I see many people having this problem, probably wait for them to fix this

comprei recentemente o jogo, e quando inicio ele o mesmo abre a introdução e fecha. Já verifiquei os requisitos, e o meu pc é superior desinstalei e instalei novamente e nada. Desativei o Firewall (norton) e também nada. Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

i bought the game but i cant start it, i am logged in as user, and then its asking for elevated credentiatls, after i enter them, i see it tries to launch the game, but then it closes.. i just bought the game today.

Can you check the first QTE tutorial in the game? I chose English in the setting but that QTE still showed Chinese

I don't know what else to do. I've checked for any update for this game in steam and it seems to be up to date. Every time I open the game is asks me for administrator permissions to access it. I put the code, the game opens for a mini second and closes to then ask for administrator permissions again. I've seen that many users who have just downloaded the game, as me, are having this problem so maybe it fixes itself over time? I would greatly appreciate some support in this

Hi! I am having the white load screen issue. I head music playing and see a cursor, but there is never a game start screen. I have no trouble with other Steam titles. Any updates or advice beyond that already given?

Do you have lspupdate notification ?
You need to allowed it to run and make connection through port 443
then allowed the lspgame.exe to create connection through port 443 as well for the game to run
