MO Disc disappeared from inventory?

According to the dev's Lore Score post, a Lore Item in Act 3 requires it. Unfortunately, using the MO Disc on one of the Technopolis terminals in Act 2 causes it to disappear from the inventory, though it'll still activate the second terminal in Technopolis somehow. Will Act 3 give the player a new MO Disc or recognize that they got the disc in Act 2?

Edit: I'm in Talia's Palace after choosing the option to work for her. The terminal there doesn't mention anything about an MO disc, but it does contain important info about the weave. Is this one it, or is there another terminal exclusive to the stealing route?

Edit 2: When I tried visiting her palace during the stealing route (while posing as lawyers), the terminal NOW asks for an MO disc, despite not doing so during the cooperate with Talia route. WTF? And of course, I no longer have that disc due to it being removed in Act 2. Yeah, I'm going to stick with the cooperation route. Diplomacy FTW! Though it's possible that there's another MO Disc obtainable during the actual palace robbery sequence.
