Train Schedule Builder "OuDia"

OuDia, is a train scheduling tool.
The word 'daiya' (ダイヤ) in Japanese is jargon for a train schedule and comes from the English word 'diagram.'
I'm not too sure how it works but some of you may find it useful.

The program and all it's documentation is in Japanese, however I see this as a great tool for those really hardcore players of A-Train 9.
