Shovel

I can't get it. Anyone know what's up? I'm assuming somehow I have to get it from the guy, but I've tried everything and he just says the same thing over and over.

Not really sure. In that snow map south of Xen town, did you initiate the trigger event saying you need to find a shovel then talk to that guy in the next map?

That worked. I thought I had already done that, I'm guessing I didn't save, or died afterward. Thanks!
