Bug Nell appearance

Got a bug in the video sequence, when nell got the necklace from her older sister.
Her appearance has not changed when i met her in the bathroom, but at this point she should look like all the other nurses.
The older sisters appearance in this moment was also "normal", not "undead" as it should be. Wachted a let's play to confirm my guessing.
Anyone else this bug, that the two sister always stayed normal in their appearance?

same here... i thought it cause by lowering the graphics..but nope..its just a bug...

Tried a second run and had another bug. After i bought the upgrades for the pistol (from the slot machines right in front of the server room), they were not attached to the weapon. Only the shotgun and the magnum work.
I believe if you run to quick through the game or i don't know, i can't put my finger on it, the game freaks out.
It's such a shame, this game is so good and so much fun, the atmosphere is incredible, but these bugs just make it annoying.
Watched a let's play, there were no bugs at all...

Had that also on my first playthough, on my second playthrough she looked like the others, but Delsi looked normal when she was stalking...in the cutscenes all was fine though.

First time I played through, both Nell and Delsi had their normal appearances in cut scenes. Second time through, they shifted accordingly.
