Game Broke After Last Update

I have emailed the dev with no response, so I figured I'd post it here and hopefully get an answer from someone who may know how to fix this. I absolutely loved the game so far, but with the newest update, the game is now broken. Every game I play, either by the 2nd or 3rd tile expansion, it locks up and won't let me play any cards. The game isn't frozen, but I have to end my run because it won't let me select my card to play after I choose where I want to expand. I play exclusively on Steamdeck, and prior to this update, I would always be able to go into endless, but now I can't complete runs and have to quit, so upgrades are daunting and worthless since I can even play my builds past Year 27. I have noticed this lock out in both the easiest mode and the Lord mode. It doesn't matter which king I use, I will almost always get locked out and have to force quit my run after that 2nd or 3rd land expansion. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue - I'm only 15 minutes in to playing (year 4 I think? idk) and I can't play any cards or take any actions

I do not have this issue. Playing on a regular pc. see profile for specs.

Try checking skip building pop-ups option.

Just go to save and quit then continue run from main menu to fix the issue and continue your run - This only happens to me when I play my steam deck, immediately after picking a land expansion.

This is happening to me as well and i'm playing on PC. It won't let save and quit either.

Same issue here. I have not played the game now for a week or two because it will not proceed and Quest Mode doesn't let you save. I have Windows 11, PC, all Logitech Peripherals (G502X, G915TKL, G733, G560 and Blue Yeti). System is an RTX 4090 with 32 GB Memory and an i9 13900k.

Doesn't work from Quest Mode. Cannot save in Quest Mode (for whatever reason).

Thanks SS for looking into this issue. My system specs are "Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200), Surface Pro 7, i7 CPU @1.3 GHz, 16 GB RAM." Also, I'm using MSI Afterburner & RTSS to limit frame rate to 30 fps and steam overlay to capture screen shots.

What kind of additional information would be helpful to provide?

Hi, yes my system has a touchscreen display. I have been looking for a fix on this forum but haven't found one yet. /fingerscrossed

Hoping this issue has been fixed with new patch. Looking forward to testing it out in the next few days on my surface pro 7.
