First round...
would be nice if you could restart the first round when you get only crap cards. It's very annoying that you have to press Alt+F4 to exit the game and reload.

An instant restart would be nice, but just hit pause and quit.

ESC wasn't working *shrug
A skip function would also be nice. Watching the "intro" every time is just a waste of time, imho.
