Grounds and North Manor Mysteries

I feel like I've been over every inch of the levels, and I am STILL missing most of the clues. Please help.

I ran into the same problem too. Sometimes looking up will give you a differemt perspective on things.

Are you refering to the grounds? Or the North manor?
Edit: now that I think about it.... The last wouldn't be the switches by the gargoyles, would it?

By the way, I've only found one clue for each. the one in the conservatory for the Grounds, and the one by the Gargoyles for North manor. I am SO lost....

Okay found the key to the North Manor by accident, real Lightbulb moment there.
Edit: and now the Gargolye's mechanism is broken....

Sorry, I didn't want to be TOO obvious. But now that the mechinism is working (though badly) maybe you might want to check if anything else has changed.

Well... Might as well investigate the hall again... It looks like I can get into the mechanism from there. Maybe I can dislodge what ever is gumming up the works.

Well, that's one solved... I guess those two combination scraps are for some other Mystery.... Which could mean that other 'loose clues' are for mysteries in a different part of the manor. Anyway, the grounds.... I have ZERO clue where to begin with that one...

Yeh, I also thought that it was odd that you encounter the clues for that one before actually getting there. The rest of the clues for the grounds puzzle you will find in the tower. Once you know what to do, you should be able to solve it rather easily.

I solved it by accident.... What did I do? check screen shots to see what I mean.

Yup, it confused the heck out of me too. You will find this out after exploring; but it's basically all down to the phase of the moon.

Alright... working on the other levels that have magnifying glasses.... How the hell am supposed to make that jump in the courtyard?

I know that it's wings only open while the moon is a Waneing Cresent from the book in the study. I meant the designs on the panels. what the heck do they mean?

Ahh! As to the purpose, that is something you will discover later. However, I will tell you that I found out the hard way that the pattern changes each lunar cycle. So you may have to check it again later.
