What are the epic/ancient loots in the achievements?

I finished torment 1 and these achievements still locked.

Since 38%/25% people have them (while only 10% passed torment1), I guess I'm missing something?

I have some items marked with "epic", but no achievement.

So I'm curious what kind of items are them, is this achievement bugged right now, or these achievements refers to items with higher compat power?

Problem solved: got a 10 million comat power item, and the epic loot achievement unlocked for me.

It's still a mystery why 38% people have it, maybe in earlier versions they are easier to drop, or the standard changed. Anyway, feels happy to smash moster mobs with this thing.
