How do I reset Skill Points?

I made a mistake and want to reset my skill points. Am in early stages of the game. But do not see any way how too... Please help!

If you upgrade the gym in your base camp, the option should unlock. I think it was around level 3 it unlocks.

After upgrading the level 3 gym, the skill reset opens. You need to give the food you want for each character to reset it. Each time you reset, the experience value of each character decreases by 10%
