leaving the game

quick question i was wondering do you guys when you leave the game you return to base ? or just leave your characters whereever you are ? is that safe ? did they return to their base on their own when you leave the game? i should i return to a safe spot every time i close the game?

From what I test, when you return, the game just starts at the location where you left.

oh yeah it made sense is a bit there is not a return to base quick travel button but is not that bad

For 12 gems you can unlock in Bunny's store an "emergency extract" option, which basically lets you summon a helicopter to you anywhere outdoors to take you back to base, it's only a 5 minute cooldown so very convenient.

thats a very usefull info thank you very much can be handy for dangerous situation a bit scared about night time is legit scary

Once you get some flashlights and especially helmets with nightvision it isn't as obnoxious. There are some sewer/underground areas that always count as "night" and thus are dark and have enraged wilders in them, those can get pretty rough, especially with no nightvision.
