Recommened lvl and gear for bosses and Battle Armor questions

Hello all!

I have been really enjoying this so far! I am starting to explore lvl 6 zones and getting blue gear.

From anyone's experience, what is the recommended time or gear and lvl to tackle the boss zones? Just want to be prepared. I am exploring the south zones.

Also, can I upgrade my battle armor or edit it's loadout in anyway? I have noticed that it is at lvl 4, but no clue how it got there lol.

there's two more higher level battle armours out in the map, ones in the desert and the other is in the snow biome. you need EB upgraded to fix them.

Interesting. Individual battle armors don’t lvl up or improve?
