What is the difference between the "Best" 5th gen weapons, and the challenge medal B versions?

Is it just the color? They have the same exact stats, even upgraded. I want to know if I am wasting my challenge medals.

And yeah, the enhancement levels give the same stats and the same amount of stats.

The two are the same. However, black equipment can be manufactured immediately as the highest grade equipment. This is a big advantage over regular equipment.

Oh, so I need to not waste my medals on them then, I already upgraded everything to highest level, so it was a waste of medals to craft those. :< You should make them slightly better if they're gonna cost challenge medals, since there is only a limited amount of those you can get.

Yeah I also crafted one to test out the stats and they are identical, with only a colour difference.

any one know any good areas to get weapon attachments in the game because I am stuck with 1st and 2nd gen attachments...
