LOW FPS / STUTTERS

Currently running an RTX 2070, Ryzen 5 3600X, 32gb RAM and struggling to pull a consistent 60fps even on the lowest settings. I know my setup isn't top tier or anything but I figure I should be maintaining well above 60 fps pretty easily as I do in most other games.

I know its an alpha so I'm not trying to ♥♥♥♥ on the game or anything, just wondering if anybody else is experiencing anything similar.

You thought HiRez is competent enough to run competitive game at 60 fps on 2070? They can't even optimize Tribes 3 which has nothing but barren ground and 20 characters.

I have RTX2080 Ti and all I did was to get rid of anti-aliasing and lower the shadow quality. Works like a charm.
