cant progress

am at the part where I have to choose a path but all npcs dissapeared and cant talk to anyone at all the only thing I can do it try to skip time and that triggers a dialog with the wolf cheiftess where she asked about the outside world which ends in time not skipping and me still being stuck with no way to progress I dont know If there is someway to fix without restarting...

Truth or Dare bugged?

I've gotten all the scenes except this one. I tried everything up to and after the "Notes" option with her brother. There's no additional scene with H&L that seems to trigger this event. If there are conditions for the trigger of it, I haven't found them and I've played from multiple perspectives to get it. I even got the Vishka ending scene, but no TorD event. It's either bugged or the devs need a little more specificity on how the hint in the quest log should work. The current 'hint' isn't clear en...
