Truth or Dare bugged?

I've gotten all the scenes except this one. I tried everything up to and after the "Notes" option with her brother. There's no additional scene with H&L that seems to trigger this event.

If there are conditions for the trigger of it, I haven't found them and I've played from multiple perspectives to get it.

I even got the Vishka ending scene, but no TorD event.

It's either bugged or the devs need a little more specificity on how the hint in the quest log should work. The current 'hint' isn't clear enough for what may be a single window to the event.

I waiting for a good patch. Can't get this as well. And still some things that need some improvements.
Like scenes at the gallery that can't find to to unlock it. Can't buy dresses as show at the store page. Status could affect more the game, and add tome tweaks options. Option to make gold that don't rely in repeating scenes. Many scenes lack voice act, at least add some "moanings" from other scenes. Game could benefit from new game plus.
Another thing would be an option to give a clue of how the dialog options will affect the game, in similar way as Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed do.

You can hit all the other scenes but not on a single play through as they require alliance variations to make trigger properly. Yes, you have to think carefully in a couple of places to get them, but none of them are opposite thinking save one I had to make a choice that didn't seem beneficial but was.

Dresses seem to be a holdover from previous versions and I had some older saves from the 'free' version on itch that had those in it and I was able to load them in this version and she still had the dresses. I don't think this version has them and it's okay because the dresses really were plain and didn't factor into the game (none of the clothing really does which is a bit of a bummer as it could be useful for different dialog and choice options.)

Golds only benefit is clothing and rope from Nami. I wish there were more scenes with having things purchased that would make the game feel more complete. It's not bad, a good level of content, but it could do with more and if they need more money, release the expansion as a DLC.

The scenes I mentioned are locked parts of the H scenes, not the entire event. Some of these scenes have options will affect the next one, but I tried different combinations and still locked.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what you mean by locked. I know of entirely locked scenes, which is what I'm referring to, but not of scenes with locked content inside of them. All my scenes are unlocked fully inside of them but TorD is fully locked and I can't seem to figure out how to trigger it.

2 of the scenes have locked images when viewing them in gallery. Image 8 and 10 with Cohan and 3-4 images in Night of fire scene are all what Im missing. And of course whole truth or dare which must be bugged. You can get Vishka to relationship level 4 through dialogue but she never has the option. Brothers never talk about the notes like quest log would let you believe. I have 10 hourss currently and most of it was playing with different dialogue options but Truth or dare does not work or those couple of images never unlock.

Night of Fire (Gallery)
I think you're talking about the two additional scenes. They aren't directly the Night of Fire which is only the first scene and is pretty short (5ish images?). You need to have a high relationship with Hor to get those but the first NoF scene is where you start that ball rolling.

Truth or Dare (Gallery)
This shows what I'm seeing as 'locked' content. If I open any event that isn't locked like this, I see all images of the event as portrayed in the game. If there are other images available in an event, I don't know about them because I don't know how to see them from the Gallery and know that I'm missing them. If someone has a way to do this, please let me know!

For night of fire I meant after selecting the 1st scene there seems to be 4 images missing between the Maya enjoying and climax. Almost like there suppose to be 4 options to the scene but Hor always gives only 3. Its probably a bug.

Ah, that may be Maya's level of 'lust' as it were. If she's not already above (5 or 6?) I think she won't allow the condition to stay and participate, she will watch the initial lead in at 1 or 2 though.
