LOCKDOWN Protocol

Good But Make It Better!
Enjoying the game, hope to play it more--had some thoughts.

1.) End the game with all Dissidents dead
2.) Stop dropping items when holding tablet

3.) Disentangling health and stamina somewhat
4.) Trying to steer away from the murder hobo playstyle
5.) More opportunities to sabotage without outing

6.) Someone mentioned getting motion sickness
7.) Eventually being able to customize your player yourself
8.) Ways to change up the environment, another map

Some friends and I enjoyed the game--and we will play it more--but it does seem to boil down to a game of RDM (random death matches) without the exciting allure of subterfuge, sabotage, and treachery being as present as one might hope game-to-game.

Social deduction elements were fewer, perhaps because we were new to the game, but it came off more novice. It was more effective to simply soul read personalities or shadow someone directly to make any such determinations.

Some tasks are a bit more complex, and require employees to all be working very diligently towards tasks (and opting not to pick up weapons perhaps) to make sure they can be completed in a timely manner. Maybe this was the expected direction of the game by the developers, but it seemed to simply fall short of getting us away from the murder hobo style; instead it seemed to result in a lot of dead Dissident timeout victories, which weren't great.

Overall hoping some of these are simply growing pains, but I do hope some of them are addressed--I want this to be the next Among Us--but if the game has more modest aspirations, I think it was totally worth the $10 even as it is.

7. i hope so but wouldn't be that mad if you couldn't, i'd also personally like to see either bigger maps/more players too
8. i assume this is just going to happen regardless

I agree with all your points. I would like to see a feign death as a dissident.

Seeming you're in a space suit, you don't have unlimited oxygen. This makes sense.

One thing I'd like to see personally is for Dissidents to be able to hide or get rid of the bodies somehow to make it a bit easier to do their jobs without getting outed fast.

Like for example you could pick up the ragdolls of the bodies and throw them in some semi-hidden spot, or there could be various crates and such that you could shove the body into with people needing to check the crates.

Maybe even go the extra step and have the crates need a screwdriver or something to unlock with a Dissident able to lock the crate to delay the body getting found.

I like the idea of the game staying on when all the killers are dead, makes it to where people are always on their toes. IMO they don't need to change their game to have similar mechanics to among us as this is their own game and it seems to be playing pretty well

Yeah I agree. If it came down to the last 2 mins, instead of people doing their tasks they’d just kill one another until the game ended.

the issue with this is that it leads to players dealing with them, then losing anyway for a dumb reason. it also makes playstyles like using cams useless because its wasting time

I get that but im sure they can figure a different route instead of ending the game, I'm all for new outlooks. I just don't want a copy n paste of among us (I mean that in how the rules and such are, I obviously know its got things that will keep it different)

im with the majority vote of not ending it when the dissident are dead, gives the dissident a chance to win and i really like that. as for the health stamina thing i think it adds more than you think to the game ^-^
