its gotta be the worst thing ive ever seen added to a game, the music was bad enough. It's like they are trying to ruin my hearing i cannot stand it

the alarms are a nice way to (no pun intended) alarm other people, but people misuse them a lot and that is the main problem.

This has been my issue with it. I personally would prefer a toggle. The alarms have been triggering my cPTSD and panic attacks, so I have stopped playing the game in the meantime.

agreed. but im not playing the game any more cause i just got banned on the discord cause a dev got their ego hurt because i was giving counter arguments for the removing hiding spots. i will play again if i get unbanned

If its alright to either have a toggle on the high pitch sound or a way to turn it off, as I have tinnitus and it causes headaches for me and it won't be able to play properly if I can't sprint and when getting killed.

They would be okay if they somehow attached it to finding a dead player. that way they at least meant something and weren't just load noise. maybe replace them with a telecom system that only had one "key" on the map. then it would be a powerful warning system but dissidents could also try to hide it.

I'd agree to a change to their use and mechanics instead of fully removing them, like some others have suggested. They're loud and annoying, but there could be a good use to them if they were slightly different.

It would be better if it were quieter. As it stands now one alarm goes through the entire map. When you are dead as a ghost you have no place to hide from it. The sad thing is losing viewers on livestreams because of it.
