2. This seems to happen to our group at least once when we get together and play. It is annoying, and hopefully gets fixed when they recode the game.
3. There are mods that include a machine gun/ other guns. If somebody has the mod, it may spawn. We've never had this problem in private lobbies. But have had it a couple times when playing public, including having someone spawn them in the waiting room.
4. Weapons were debuffed due to being too powerful. The knife was left alone and is still the most deadly weapon imo. 2 hits to the head in the front will kill, and from the back does more damage. I can guarantee you didn't land 4 blows to someone's back with a knife and they were still standing.
5. The stamina being part of your health is an interesting mechanic imo. Makes it so you're mindful about how much your running around so you're not downed so easy if someone attacks you. Alternatively allowing you to use your health as stamina may make it so you can outrun someone, but at a price.
5. The goal of the game as the employee isn't to kill the dissidents. It's to complete the tasks. AKA the things that are wrong on the spaceship you're on that are going to kill you if you don't fix them. I wouldn't exactly say other games do this better, just differently.
