Increase Max Player Cap

Fun Game... Buuuuuut.

Would really like to see the max player cap get increased to 16 or something, I hate turning away friends because these games have their artificial player caps, just no reason for it in 2024.

I've ran mods on plenty of games with low player caps to allow more players cooperative & competitive! and it's always been great!

Deep Rock, ran a mod for 12-16 players.
Left 4 Dead 2, ran a mod for 20-30 players coop.
Human Fall Flat, ran a mod for 12+ players

These type of games should open up the caps, they are always more fun and it's always better not having to turn my friends away!

even Among Us increased their player cap.

Please consider uping the amount of players that are able to join if you do, i'll invite more friends, promote your game and you'll get more money. Win Win for everyone lol.

the map is huge with more then enough room and bigger then some Among Us maps, you can create custom games with tons of tasks, sorry I got friends and regularly play games with 12 or more. Take a chill pill son and sit down all by your lonesome self

I get some people don't have more than 8 friends... but it would be a nice setting under custom mode for those of us that do. There is no Technical reason to cap at 8.

Actually they said they did need to rework the UI in order to add more people.

HEYHEYHEY, i had the same issue but i have a solution- if you are interested in modding there's actually a super easy way- Me and my friends use vortex which is an auto installer for nexus mods! we then use the playerplusplus mod from Goldor and Yon uploaded by goldaur! I have gotten a lobby of 10 with no big issues, the only thing is if a debug menu pops up when launching the game just to hide it while playing to avoid frame drops for some reason.
